Unfortunately, Cross DJ LE has been discontinued for a number of years now and we cannot provide support, updates or new serial numbers for it.

Very sad to don't have technical support anymore, after i bought a full system who comes whit a Xone 23C.
I spend money on nothing.
And mixvibes don't want to give me a new free license to update my system.
I think is not fair and is not a good publicity for you guys.

Sorry you didn't get a better result.
Still think the support person didn't provide a proper answer. Seems he refers to the LE versions for older controllers, which have 2.6 as latest version.

The LE for the Xone definitely is not that old.

Meanwhile in this post you never provided any reply to the questions if you haver the key in your user profile, so we can just assume you never registered it.

Apple store new user? first read viewtopic.php?f=259&t=34199
Manual? In Cross open menu, select Help (available 24/7).
Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.
FAQ iOS / Android / PC / MAC http://www.mixvibes.com/FAQ/
Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
