Hello,
MixVibes Cross DJ on mac does not load tracks. It can see them, but has "Track Loading Error" for all. When selecting "Grant Access" on the Macintosh HD this error continues to display. The external drive is greyed out in the selection options, so it cannot be selected.

Why won't Cross DJ read the drive?

Can't load track: This file access is restricted (OSX-sandbox limitations), your first have to resolve access by selecting one of its parent folder.

Another post said to download the version from the website instead of the appstore version. Where can I download the version from the website instead? The only version listed in the downloads page is the free version.

You'll be able to access the downloads once you add your license number to your profile. It will let you access the downloads then.

Djeddie is right. adding license key will help you out. This error was reported several years ago by some users so pretty likely you are using an older version... If not there's a new challenge for the developers..
