Hi,

I have this weird issue where Cross DJ does not remember preferences, like language setting or that video should be disabled, after closing the app on Mac OS X 10.12. How do I fix this?

Which version of Cross are you using?

it's version 3.4.3 (64bit)

The settings are saved at exit of Cross. You may want to try changing settings and close Cross without doing anything else to check what'shappening.

I've bought a Cross DJ through an app store even with a full video unlock.

I change settings like security mode, sync link and more... Close the Cross DJ. Starting Cross DJ again. Settings is factory again.

Am I doing anything wrong?
where can I find a licence key?
Can I upgrade the Cross DJ and remain unlocked video?

Check if you have write-rights to the file called 'mixvibes.settings'. This is located in your user settings area at C drive.

thanx, but i cant find file mixvibes.settings. I searched him in the system preferences, in the library and in the application Cross, as the contents of the package

c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\mixvibes\
if you don't see appdata you have to make this visible.

you mean "~/Library/Application Support/" in hidden mode?
i havent folder "mixvibes". i have only folder com.mixvibes.Cross DJ, but without file mixvibes.settings in "Application Scripts

Have you have any luck with this issue as yet?

to my knowledge there hasn't been any official testing with Sierra yet, so it could be a bit of a hit and a miss so to speak.
