Hi, I am trying to download the latest software version as the program tells me I should when I fire it up. When I try to download it however, it says Access Denied as I need to register the serial number. I have entered this on my profile about 5 minutes ago but still no access. Am I doing somewthing wrong or do I need to wait longer?

I can see that you have a Cross DJ LE license registered to your account so you should be able to access the following updates:

Mac http://forum.mixvibes.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=756
PC http://forum.mixvibes.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=757

I was able to check your account permissions and these updates should be available to you. So please try them and let us know if you are still being denied.

If you entered and the license wasn't recognized you 'll have to send an email to support@mixvibes.com

removinga nd reentering won't help you. This happens occasionallyat the websie. NOt something you did.
