Hi there,

When I make changes on preferences in remixvideo suddenly it get freeze and nothing works anymore. I had this issue with 1.2 so I tried 1.3 to see if this was going to be fixed but same thing, the software gets freeze and I have to force ending the task to be able to close it.

Does someone else is having the same problems?

whats the spec on your computer ,, played around with both betas and final versions of the software ,, computer listed in my footer has no issue with freezing ,,just recording ,, a older due core /low ram 4gig ,,has issues with slowing down and freezing

When I m saying that it freeze I mean it gets stuck, nothing responds so I have to force it. I ve been just trying some things with MIDI and since it doesn t work properly, the soft I mean. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it doesnt want to play anymore frames. Just can work with it on VST, on standalone it fails.. Can you tell me how I can unisntall it properly so I reinstall it in a clean way to see if that solve my problem PLZ??

I d like to put a picture of my computer specs but I cant find the way to do it.

There are the specs:

MSI laptop
Windows 10 pro
intel i7-6700 2.60GHz
8,00 GB
SSD

just hate playing guessing games ,,
nothing responds so i have to force it,,
whats not responding and how are you forcing it ..
the normal procedure for uninstall should accomplish the necessary/wanted action
explain it doesnt want to play any more frames
and by chance list your computer specs ,,,saw you did this ,,spec seems more than adaquate
if you look at bottom of posting page there might be a up load attachment tab to download pictures/files/screen shots ,, if not there you havent reached the user right permission level in the fourm

can you use the software as a standalone with out the MIDI controller connected ,,

when i said frames i ment pads, videos.. so I couldn't play them but I found the reason why it wasn't working playing the pads. checking and unplugging all MIDI devices nothing changed so i checked the preferences again and i thought, could it be because the audio is not selected?? so yes, it was that that was causing the troubles.. i think.. i selected the audio output and now i can play back all pads. It didnt freeze anymore at the moment. i will keep trying things and I ll let you know if i have any other issue.
