Hi, I've had my timecode vinyl setup working for ages, and this morning Cross doesn't recognise the vinyl control.In the settings the vinyl input says 'none'. Nothing's changed! I can't calibrate it either. What's happened? How do I fix it? Thanks!

Using W10? reinstall your sound card drivers. Sometimes W10 updates mess up the audio by replacing or changing the list order.

Other option would be to try using a different USB port.

I've just downloaded the latest version of Cross and vinyl isn't even an option in the settings!

That suggests you installed Cross DJ version instead of the Cross (full) version

Correct, have just reinstalled Cross 3.3.11.
Vinyl appears in preferences and I can callibrate them. But now no sound can be heard. Can someone remind me what the Audio preferences should be?

I have selected ASIO as my U-Mix Control Pro.

Input 1 is U-Mix Control channel 1/2
Input 2 is U-Mix Control channel 3/4

But now under all Outputs the only option available is 'Not Connected'

The routing mode I have selected is External Mixer.

No, that doesn't work. I need Input values to be U-Mix 1 and 2 for the vinyl control to work, but then no values in Outputs appear... just says not connected but I haven't changed anything!!

Like I say, my timecode vinyl setup has been working for months, then suddenly stops... does anyone have a screengrab of the correct Audio Preferences setup for using timecode vinyl, in conjuntion with U-Mix Control Pro?

screen shots if you can ,,
go to the asio4all control panel ,, if thats the driver you are using ,,and select what outputs you are wanting ,,
topic was for setting up the U-Mix on your computer using the U-Mix vol control ,, ,just a matter of selecting the external mixer mode and your inputs and out puts ,,
if you go to help in preferences /manual ,, the manual is available that shows proper set up for using time code
