Problem with sound output...please help!!!

I have not used Cross DJ for a long time.
Before everything has worked perfectly!
At the last party, I was not able to spend the sound on output and heatphones. only crossfade works, but I could not assign the headphone its own channel.
In the audio menu I have only the selection for "U-Mix Control Pro 22 and Pro 24

i use:
Laptop with W10
Cross DJ 3.4.3
U-Mix Control Pro2


What can I try to solve this problem? Please help. :(

I thing it is a w10 driver problem or the soundcard in the U-Mix controller is defekt an work only 2 from 4 channels ... ???
