It's at the sleeve of the CD or in case you purchased via the web by email confirmation.
If you ever registered by using an other account it may be in your user profile of that account.

You could try sending an email to
support@mixvibes.com. Please attach information regarding the purchase.
Not sure if they still support this old version but you could give it a try.
