WELL HOPEFULLY THIS CAN SUFFICE TILL A SOFTWARE TOPIC PAGE CAN BE ESTABLISHED the intent is to have a place to disscus any issues with the remixvideo beta.. this will not circumvent getting any crash reports to proper channels ,, just to have a central area/topic page to have ideas/discussion/on the new software and its new windows format , i am new to this software ,,soo i will probly have that can be answered by more experienced user . soo gentle men enjoy

Hi Daniel, Sorry for the wait, yesterday was a bank holiday for us Regarding your questions: - Adding custom videos To add your own videos, go to the "Sample pack" menu and create a new pack. You can then add only the files of your choice by dragging them to the empty pads of the grid. You can also drag custom video into an existing pack where it will just replace the pre-existing file of the pad. - Retrieving recordings Open the "Recording" menu and double click on the recording of your choice. It will open a new window where you will find a "Open File" button. Click on this button to open the recording within your folder. Hope this helps! Let us know if any additional

Hello Daniel,
Sorry for the late answer
Considering the file broser, it displays every folder containing compatible content. It is designed this way to allow the user to browse his files without leaving the software interface. So unfortunately, there is no way to remove certain videos from appearing in this view.
About playing the recordings, I just tried it in Cross 3 and it works fine. Did you play the videos stored in User/Movies/Mixvibes/Recordings ? They should be .mov files normally, could you check the file format of the recordings you are trying to play ?
cheers
