Cross has stopped working

my Cross DJ software has stopped working i was using it fine and went to start using it today and nothing will play.
i have checked all my inputs etc but none are showing as having a signal when you go to calibrate in settings etc
any ideas ?

:eek: Cross not Cross DJ ,, are you refering to time code signal inputs ,, give info and maybe screen shots of audio settings ,, time code calibration ,, also what has changed between the time you last had it running and now ,, sometimes os changes affect the set up of software ,ie driver updates ,, security updates and changes ,,
give info on what you have tried to re establish Cross software to run ,, :cool:

hello yes im reffering to timecode signals how do i add screenshots to my forum post sorry not to good at this .
i have the screenshots on my laptop but cant figure out how to paste them into or share on here

i have updated to the newest version of Cross hoping that would fix my problem but it hasn,t and also the software wont play any files even when you click play with mouse pointer and deselect the players if that makes sense

:idea: bottom of posting page is a tab for uploading attachments ,, use this and place them in line ,grey footer on page with a options tab ,,just below the submit button, should be there if you are allowed ,,sometimes users dont have avaiblity of this feature till they reach certain criteria :cool:

screen shot and info as to what version you updated,,and system spec ,, :cool:

:cool: not familiar with Cross timecode set up ,,
thing look correct ,, but no time code circle /have you re calibrated ,, (cant assume)and this is a screen shot of results ,, what does the exclmation symbol refer too in right deck :?:
audio setting look correct ,,
are thease screen shots of the older version (which version )
or of the newer ver :?:

and im not sure what the exclamtion mark is either
i think it might be a soundcard issue
i can hear music thru my speakers with media player but nothing with Cross
i have tried new usb cable and rca leads as well
