Hi,
Downloaded this and trying to use it with my ION USB turntable. There are a few major problems:
- You can't hear the song being ripped
- The dB levels are always way overboard on the digital files...even at -70
- It won't record the right-hand stereo input

I tried to rip with ION's native app, and it doesn't have any of these issues. The reason that I bought yours was because it ostensibly offers more control of the audio rips.

I think I'd just like a refund.

what software are you refering too ,, mixvibes hasnt supported/sold the software vinal ripper in years ,,
as for a refund you have too deal with the retailer that you purched it from ,
but more info as too what you have and what you are trying to accomplish will help in assisting you too get it resolved
