Hi. I bought and downloaded few mp3 files. I can see them in windows explorer but when i open Cross and and look in "files" they are not there. I can play them in Cross by dragging a file from windows explorer. Other mp3 files are fine. Any thoughts? Thank you

It could be that for some reason the downloaded files don't have the extension '.mp3' in the file name.

Your reply doesn't exclude my suggestion.
What you see may be the MP3 'tag' that is in the header of the file, not the extension part of the name of the file.

So you would have to check with a view that shows the extension together with the file name. Not just by the file type column of Explorer.

(using CMD would be most easy... if you already (still ) know how to do this)

The most suspicious is the file here. The filtering for the Files View is a simple one. Just a list of extensions of supported vid and audio.
It also hasn't been reported by other users (only an issue with all .vob files not being shown).

Could you maybe upload 1 or 2 of the files so it can be tested by others.
