Assign lo eq kill to crossfader

Is this possible?
If lo eq is turned down to kill and when the crossfader goes over the middle point it swaps it the eq's so one goes up the other down...
I've seen this on other software so wondering how it's done if anyone can help?

In order to provide you an accurate answer, I need to know what kind of controlling device you are using? Regular mixer or controller and the make and model.

A MIDI controller, Behringer CMD Studio...

Cheers for the help, but I've managed to figure out, assigned it with an inc / dec fader with some jiggery pokery!
