remix video, and equipped with media server? or if you know you will be implemented in a future update? I would like to use it with ChamSys!

Does remixvideo support external hard drives?

At PC/Mac there isn't really a way to exclude external HDD, if USB connected (so not network).

Only thing to be aware of is transmission rate and possible delay. Especially multi video reading can take a little time. If you get hickups you'd best check if the HDD has power saving issues (so takes time to spin up). A powered usb hub is strongly recommended for use with external HDD (unless it is a powered hdd )

You're question isn't answered because apparently there hasn't been a user being able to answer it with apprapriate knowledge.

There is little chance you will get an answer as to future implementation of features as MixVibes has learned the hard way to never promise anything until it really works and has been released...

That being said it is always good to report your requests. About the only way to let the devteam know suggestions. The more users support your request the more chance they will put in effort to investigate options.
