Where can I download the latest version of U-Mix Control Pro that is compatible with MacOS Sierra?
and what version is it?

There isn't software.

However there is an old firmware update in the downolads section.
Be sure to have the mentioned version of the U-Mix Control Pro, else your controller won't function no more.
