Unable to see VOB files on drive

I'm using the CrossDJ 3.4.3 Mac App. When viewing my drive under the "files" tab, I can no longer see my VOB files; MP4's are still visible. Thankfully, any VOB files which were already added to a playlist are still accessible on the playlist (though not visible through CrossDJ when looking in the drive directory where the corresponding VOB file is physically stored). These "invisible" VOB files used to be perfectly visible in the past.

Help!

Will check if same happens in win.

workkaround would be to drag the files from explorer to the collection or deck.

EDIT: Confirmed: same problem in Wndows.

Thanks for verifying bug. Thanks also for workaround. Unfortunately workaround is not working for me, but appreciate your solution nonetheless. Thank you.

Is this gonna ever get fixed? Its being like this for sometime. I've had to roll back to a old version.

I guess this bug is not of the level that triggers a new release.

It's somewhat circumstancial.. You have to use Files as an entry and next looking for VOB files that are not (yet) present in the collection.

Even if you would like to use filestructure for search or selection it is way faster to use the collection.

Roll back sounds negative... Cross is released in a way that releases are installed side by side so you can e.g. get familiar with a new version while performing with a previous. All version 3.x.x can be used against the same database(collection).. just activate only 1 at a time.

The MixVibes team originates from the time DJ's used crates ... that's why the collection was designed.... type 4 chars of the artist and 4 chars of the title in the search and in like 2 seconds you have the track or a real short list in 95/100... (out of 100.000 tracks).

Also loading tracks via files basically means the tracks aren't prepped for direct usage... not really the way to work by default.

However if we miss something and you have a different way of working please let's know.
