After buying Cross DJ, the video plug in/ key and the 24 month extended license! Once downloaded I was unable to install and repeatedly got the message "image not recognized"
Can anyone help.? I've carried out all the usual thing to see if would fix the problem, reinstalled sierra, tried another user, tried 3 other machines (with maveric and sierra) but with no luck.

Really disappointed that both mixvibes and their third party download host didn't respond and offer any help !

Looks like 60 quid down the drain !!

Same problem here, just bought the software
OS X El Capitan
Version 10.11.5

Made an OS update to 10.11.6 and still not working

Try the version that is available in the downloads section (you need to have your license key registered in the user profile.

Do you know which version yu have? just Yesterday 3.4.3 has been released. Might be that causes a problem somehow. So if this is the case try downloading an older version.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! THIS IS HORRIBLE!

Anyone had an update on that? How to you register your licence key?
