No output after software update

Hi all,
I have a problem with my Vfx Control mixer. After updating Cross to version 3.3.10 I can not use the simple sterro output. I'm using only my PC laptop ( Windows10) and on the output A via cinch my Amp.
Problem is, that music will be only allow in mode "extern mixer" or extern mixer cue" but then with limited function (no Cross fader no media select etc).

I like to use only the Vfx Control in the simple way , with my laptop and my PA direct connected. (doesnt work / no sound)
Furthermore, I'm not able to pre listing any music via headphone by using the cue function.

What I'am doing wrong ?? Please help me....

3.4.2 is the current version.

You have to use the 32bit version of Cross.
Or install asio4all to be able to use the 64bit version. If you only do audio there's no benefit in using 64bit at the moment.

Using Asio4all may make it possible to use lower latency.
