Cross DJ Timecode Vinyls & Real Vinyls

Postby Splintha on 20 Dec 2016, 19:24

Hello guys,

I was thinking of upgrading my system to the Cross DJ software and get 2 timecode vinyls.

My Setup is:
Allen & Heath Xone 23C mixer and 2 x Technics 1210.

As I am usually a vinyl DJ I would like to know if that is combinable.
To be more precise...can I use Cross DJ with the timecode vinyls to play my mp3 and then just switch to normal records without the cutting the signal during recording session?
That would be a great solution instead of buying a Pioneer cdj...

I hope you can help me!
thanks splinth

Yes you can, but if you use Cross DJ in 'external mixer' mode, you need to record your session from your Main mixer output to the Aux input of Cross.
Also set the recording option to Aux.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
