The 3 pitch modes are different.

Master tempo is to correct the pitch by 'correction' of the change in key caused by the pitchslider.

I'm don't know exactly for Serato (nowadays) but Cross used to be pretty unique with the ability to set pitchrange upto 100%.

If you mean something, could you please try to provide some more detail as to what you consider to be wrong.

@austin
Though somewhat inconvenient the devteam sometimes needs time to find a fix. Also not every fix is distributed instantly. In the recent past it proved that providing quick fixes resulted in many users running different versions.

It's not in the change log. So you'll have to test yourself.
I have the same info as you have.

I've used 3.4.2 for a week now and not seen a problem, nor has anyone posted an issue.

Thee devteam has access to the forum... So they see it themselves..

You will need to map the functions to the DDJ-RB using MIDI learn.

Until a map is posted your best bet is to point to the map for the DDJ-SX in the MIDI section and see what works.

I have a map ready for publishing that emulates functions in Rekordbox as well as take advantage of a few things in Cross. However, for the moment I can't publish any maps until MIxvibes responds to my queries.

I'm having issues with HID mode and losing control. I'm using OSX 10.11.6 and Cross 3.4.0 with 2 CDJ 850s in external mixer mode. This time the screens went blank on both. Last time I lost one deck but the other one stayed working, and the dead deck still had a working screen.

Audio from the CDJs stays working and there are no dropouts. I'm using good quality DJTechTools cables and an Anker hub, so don't think this is a cabling issue. I switched off and cold booted the CDJs before the start of the show as well because I didn't know if it was a CDJ crash after the first time this happened.

MIDI stayed working and I have a page on my MIDI Fighter Twister set up for controling the decks as an emergency backup. I'm gonna roll back to the previous version for the time being.

Video of it happening, apologies for my slightly irked tone, i was a bit stressed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IdM9bbVNIg

There is a version 3.4.2 available. Though change log doesn't mention 850 issues (you are the first reporting it).
