Hi - I have had to reinstall my software on a new computer but my license key is not working. It says invalid License key - Please could you advise.

Your badges show multiple versions of Cross, so you have multiple license keys in your profile. Each of the products has its own download. Please verify that you use the right installed product per license.

Hi. thanks for your comment. I only use CrossDJ 3.3.11 and I have a version of andriod also. I only have 1 license key in my profile so not sure why the others badges are on there. The may have been for the a LE version prior to upgrading.

you will have to try to figure this out ,,you are wanting to re install Cross on new computer ,, like you can see ,, three software badges ,, understand one is for the Cross DJ le mentioned ,, if only one is in your profile ,, have you tried useing that one and it come up invalid ,,,spo you are missing the one needed to instal/validate the software ,,,,
any hard copies of original software licence key ,,ie cd sleeve or email confirmation ,, is so is this different than one in profile
do not post any licence key # in the open fourm ,,
pm teammixvibes with info as to what you are looking for ,, not shure if the admin board will allow to distiunish the three different # and be able to sort this out .. but worth a try ,,

I'm having the same issue and the original disk isn't loading either

as in not having access to download section ,,
your profile shows a valid licence for Cross DJ ,, read instruction at top of posting page and follow to down load section ,, if you have tried this then contact supportvibes via pm and we will get it resolved

This may be a noob question but where and how do I find them to PM them

I had to reset my computer for work yesterday. This required me to reinstall Cross DJ. Now it's telling me my license key is invalid. I have a gig tonight, and I don't know how to get back my collection. Help please! Thank you!

Your license key is in your user profile.

Cross for sure didn't touch your collection nor your analysis files. You may have to search for the file and maybe set the link to your analysis folder in case you didn't use defaults.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried searching for the files, but it doesn't even give me the option to select them. They were light gray, and I couldn't click them.

I ended up buying a new copy/code of Cross DJ and am just loading fresh files to make sure I can play at my gig tonight. I'm going to have to deal with why it's not importing my old media and analysis files later this weekend.
