I have a handful of tracks that I received from promotional services that have a glitch in them at around 20 seconds. It throws the mix off every time.
If I had an email address to forward these to, I would happily send a ZIP of them all.

Posted: 27 Sep 2016, 12:42Do other audio programs play these normal? It might well be the glitch is build in to prevent abuse/copying. Given your info it may also be a problem at the source side..
You can upload bug reports as attachment to your post (preferable start a new topic first).
If you upload the tracks somewhere and provide the link here (or by PM to team@mixvibes) it may be possible to check once you verified it's a Cross problem.

If this isn't helping then it may be a decoding issue.
