Can't they just support other timecode vinyl? You can find serato or traktor vinyl everywhere.

There are definitely a couple of bugs that I'd love to see worked out... Simple stuff, like saving 33/45 rpm preference, which used to work.

What is the best place to submit bug reports?

I have a handful of tracks that I received from promotional services that have a glitch in them at around 20 seconds. It throws the mix off every time.

If I had an email address to forward these to, I would happily send a ZIP of them all.

Do other audio programs play these normal? It might well be the glitch is build in to prevent abuse/copying. Given your info it may also be a problem at the source side..

You can upload bug reports as attachment to your post (preferable start a new topic first).

If you upload the tracks somewhere and provide the link here (or by PM to team@mixvibes) it may be possible to check once you verified it's a Cross problem.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Other programs play them normally, that's the thing. Any player in Windows presents no issue.

And they've been sent to me for the intention of mixing them on my radio show.

Then the only suggestion I have is to check if an increase in latency may help (in case you haven't tried).
If this isn't helping then it may be a decoding issue.
And just to be sure: you're using Cross 3.3.11 @ W10?
