Hi

Does anyone know where I can download 3.3.1.1. I am running 3.3.10 at the moment and i have no headphone sound I am using Windows 10, a Numark Mixtrack and a Djio2 external soundcard.

Any help greatly appreciated

Not sure if this will solve your problem and assuming you are looking for 3.3.11, you should look in the download section. You will only find the download there if you have registered your software though.

use this topic posting to solve you headphone issues ,,you gave a little bit more info ,,moving to teck support for futher posts

DJ Vintage you are an absolute Star. Thank you very much. I feel so stupid as I hadn't registered the software but been through the page and for some reason hadn't entered the code. I must not of had it then but now I do and the download has become available. That and getting mixed up with registering another DJ software program I think.

Let's just hope this sorts the headphone the lack there of, out.

this is a step in right direction ,, some more info ,,needed ,,screen shots of your audio tab and the available selections ,, headphone issue is probly for no having enuff sc outputs recognized by software ,, couple of options avaible

one would be to go to sc web site and find a asio driver for it ,,
next would be to use asio4all to get the sc outputs reconized ,, let us know what going on

I downloaded an up dated driver for my djio2 soundcard but it says i don't have permission to open it right at the end of the download even when i run it as an administrator. i will ring Numark later when they're open as they have a phone line unlike Mixvibes! i'll try & get some screen shots. thanks again bud

try looking into asio4all ,,
use internal mixer setting in preferences

Thanks to you Dan I'VE FINALLY, FINALLY SORTED IT. It was the asio4all that sorted my soundcard out you were right. thank you so much. i just went under the configuration tab that appeared after installing asio4all and switched it to my soundcard. it all came on! far too loud for four am in the morning but hey! thanks again mate, Daniel Kent.
