I can't make the headphone work in my FIRSTMIX PRO Gemini using Cross DJ 3.310. I've searched on the forum and found nothing, anybody knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Strange you couldn't find any info as it's a FAQ.
Nevertheless welcome to MixVibes.

The capture gives great info. What is lacking is the Output 2 setting. This usually is named 3/4 or such.

Also consider using an Asio driver as your latency is very high. You likely have significant delay between using a control and the result.

If the controller doesn't have an Asio driver with it you can use Asio4all from Asio4all.com. Install. Start Cross. Go to the menu as in your capture. Select Asio4all driver. Select settings. Select your soundcard in the Asio4all menu.

Btw I have no idea if your controller has a Cue output. If not the Asio4all can be used to join your internal soundcard to it so you can use the headphone output of your PC.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

I appreciate your help. I installed the Asio4all driver and now it works, but it keeps freezing the song, then it continues.

By the way, this is my controller:http://geminisound.com/product/firstmix-pro

It has a headphone jack.

Thanks in advance.

 glad you got it working,, the next issue is with it freezing ,,nothing to do with the audio settings ,, info as to your os and the computer spec ,,might give some insight as to why ,, freezing is a indication of a system overtasked
in the download section is the latest version ,, try that to see if it helps ,, but the info will help us figure out whats going on
