MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi everyone.. I'm new to this site. I have brought a Envivo usb DJ controller CrossDjLE and I have tried everything and still can not get the controller to work. In the forums it advises to enter serial number which I have done on my profile page..Can anyone help me please.

Please provide some info on what you did, what OS, what Cross version. Is the controller recognized by the OS. Have you rebooted.

The controller has to be recognized by the OS before Cross is started.
