The soundcard is the Mixvibes Control Pro II. It's not just a MIDI device but an audio output device so the internal audio card is not used and I am not using any kind of USB audio device either.

This issue is happening with the 64 bit version. The 32 Bit version seems to be OK.

If you use the 64bit version of Cross for most soundcards the use of Asio4All virtual sc driver is needed as this emulates a 64bit driver.

Download from asio4all.com.
Select it in Audio tab and then open the settings to point the asio4all to the U-Mix Control Pro.

Most likely this is your issue.

Yes, I have been using the Asio4All as the 64 but Cross does not work without it. There is no Cross MIDI driver for the 64 bit version. That is not my issue. I hope the new version released today fixes this problem.

One thing I don't like about ASIO4All is the jog wheels don't behave exactly as they do on the 32 bit version with the native driver. When a clip is cued and you want to scrub forward to set a new cue point, the ASIO4All driver thinks you a pitch bending the cues track. You have to touch the top of the platter a few times to get it to work. This problem does not occur in the 32 bit world.

This must be an other issue.
Asio4all is only doing sound.
MIDI is communication at operating system level, no driver involved.

Today 3.3.10 was released. You might want to give that a quick try. In the changelog no reference to MIDI or cue, so don't thing anything changed.

If it still is there it would be easier if you start a new topic, so the title will cover the issue.
And are you sure it isn't a Quant/Snap issue (turn them Off and if resulved, maybe turn on and set smaller value)

If you have a Mac crash report that would be great as you write that you can duplicate your problem.

A more or less common issue could be that a specific track causes your problem. If so please provide it to the team so they can add a fix for the problem. If you use the same collection for testing your Win and Mac this would be a likely cause.

It is not that everybody can work with Cross for a short time only...

Hello I want to communicate that the problem suddenly closed in version 3.10, it seems that the issue is resolved , even when you open the software it is no longer all disassembled ... it seems that this Cross lighter

Thank you ... I love Cross

really sorry, but as it hard to duplicate the only thing left would still be to send the crash report if there is one.
