Hi since the new version 3.0 and 3.8 the sync function does not work why is this ?

explain what you mean by the sync function

Is it in 2 or 4 deck. What are the settings in preferences. What is the master and such might be info that helps to be of assistance.

hi i was on ver 2.6 i upgraded to vers 3.0 and the sync function stopped working the program worked fine but the matching of the keys button and sync did not function after i upgraded it i dont know what happend or what changed i checked if it was my controller DDJ-ERGO-V and it worked fine on virtual 8 and other DJ aplications so it wasent that that was faulty it was fine before then i waited till u got the new version 3.8 and i downloaded it took everything off my laptop to make sure it wasent any faults there and put a new download copy of it on still wouldent work i think it to do with the program somethings not right with it since u changed the layout

Does it work when you use the sync button at your screen.
