Thanks for the info..

Ive tried downloading, installing asio4all, removing the Control pro control (incase it was conflicting), disconnecting and re-connecting the control pro pad, changed to the asio4all option in the sound card option in Virtual DJ..

virtual DJ shows "not enough channels" which is normally its not found the hardware..

 welcome to mixvibes fourm ,, and Cross DJ and U-Mix Control Pro,, if all the just said is true and you have the licence key for the software ,,please regerster it in the fourm,,,user control panel/profile/serial# ,, this will give acess to the download section for updated drivers and firmware for the software /hardware ,,,
that if its Cross and U-Mix Control Pro ..,not vitural DJ pro

Thanks again. This is my second Mixvibes unit. I think I have registered as I can get to the downloads.
Ive downloaded and run the installer so yes I can get to the control panel. It does detect when the control pad is connected.

typically whilst testing I Only tried deck 1. Deck 2 will output to the headphone socket.
If i swap the virtual DJ settings (deck 1 to channel 3&4) the headphone swaps to deck1.
So in brief... sound only seems to output to one channel

 thanks for regerstering the software ,, gives a chance to move the topic to the correct topic page where you can upload attachments ,,
went from vista to win 8.1 myself and didn't have any issues ,, so any screen shots of audio config will help get this sorted ,
  we are talking about setting up Cross DJ and not virtual DJ :?:
