Headphone dramas

Understand this isn't the Tech page, but I can't post on there even though I have followed the 'rules'. Getting tired.
I have just started out and bought a Power Dynamics PDC-10 deck, and have Cross DJ LE software, and ASIO4ALL, but my headphones refuse to work. Tried everything on all the forums on here and other sites.
Preferences:

ASIO control panel:

Windows 7 soundcard settings:

please please help

Hi Paul,
Great you put in the pictures. From what I can see it could be right, but the info is not to that detail.

In the ASIO panel you have enabled more channels than needed I think. This could mean that the outputs you selected are not the intended outputs.

For starters, only enable the intended soundcard in the ASIO settings, so these will be the only one available.

In general use as few as possible as every channels consumes capacity.

Please let's know the result.

In all cases make sure you have the latest audio driver available for the device.
For your credentials please send a PM to UncleVibes. It is somewhat annoying but registering your key is not always changing the rights automatically as should; a manual twist is sometimes required.
Could you tell what version you're on

Noticed you use ASIO 2.10 this is pretty old. 2.11 is out for a while. I must say that at my 64-bit the 2.11 crashes on 2 of my devices, but using the 2.11 beta for over 2 years without a problem.

Hi, thanks for the reply,
which ones do you suggest I deselect? I tried all options.
I am using Cross DJ LE 2.6.0 and as for asio I installed the 2.11? not sure why it says 2.10.. weird

Will send through PM soon cheers,

I suppose the USB device is the one you want to use. Disable the others (click on the green icon at left of tree).
Enable the whole device (all channels) so you can test all in the output settings of Cross audio.
If it doesn't work straight away as expected, you can start with changing Output 1 (main output) so you know at least if and how the channels of your device are called in the software. After this setting the right channel for the right output should finish it, by using Cross audio routing functionality.

Pretty sure with LE you also have a newer version available (once credentials set in forum). Though this not likely is of influence for this issue.

Yeap tried all that. So just having the USB selected, (thus I have deactivate laptop speakers), then the cue just comes through the stereo no matter which way I try. Nothing through headphones. If I activate speakers on laptop and put headphones into laptop it works but have both output 1 and 2 come through. Never just either. It just does not seem to want to split output 1 into stereo and output2 into headphones.

Have sent a PM to UncleVibes its sitting in my outbox...

Thanks heaps.

 let me add a little insight ,, in the third screen shot ,, select the computer default sc as the sc for use ,, asio 4 akl and the software program will not use the multi channel sc if its defalt for the win o s ,,
also where are you trying to monitor your headphones thru a connection on the laptop or the 3/4 connections of the s c ,,
