If you register your Cross DJ license you will be able to upgrade to the version 3.2.
Basically any controller can do the triggering. I use Korg nanoseries.
your aviatar showes a DVS version of mixvibes 7,,think its Producer ,,,,,hopefully you are not asking about that software and about a purched ver of Cross family ,, if this is so then place the licence key in the user control panel/profile/serial #... then you will have access to the download section for the updated version of the software
