Mixvibes Dj Community old forum

please help i have recently purchased mixvibes Cross DJ with the uk46 box. i have got 2 Pioneer cdj 800 mk2s and a Numark m2 mixer, plus a focusrite saffire 6 usb audio interface, i know its probably easy to most but i ent got a clue how to set this up so it works if some one could help me id be really grateful.

welcome to mixvibes fourm ,, will have to piost a linkj to the manual ,, info in it to help you at least get familiar with the basic set up ,,

will also need screen shots of your audio routing in Cross as well as info as to whats happening/what have you tried in getting this system set up ,,

thanks for replying i havent tried anything yet it just seems all mental to me ha ha sorry im just new to this digital world, dont know where to start !!!

easy place to start is to read the manual ,, helps in getting proper info to see what you have going on ,, also give you info to help explain whats going on

i have read the manual, dont make no sense to me, really dont know which wires go where, sorry if thats really thick but, i dont get on well with this new stuff !

start at scratch ,, what are your system os,,and spec ,, have you installed Cross ,,

windows home premium 64 bit os, intel i5 quad 3.4ghz, 16gb ddr 3 memory. 2x Pioneer cdj 800 mk2s, Numark m2 mixer, focusrite saffire 6 audio interface, uk46mk2. havent wired anything up yet but i have installed Cross 3.1, and new uk46mk2 drivers.

you are planning to use the cdj to run tc control
have you set up the sc and is it functional
refer to page 32 in the manual if you havent got to this step yet ,,

okay so i wired my cdjs to the inputs of the uk46mk2 and the outputs to the line ins of my 2 channel mixer, got sound in the headphones but nothing coming out of speakers, ive got krk rokit 5s where do these have to plug into please help cus im ready to smash it up hahaha !!!
