When videos use the sample bank, nothing appears in the preview.
What steps should I follow to use the videos on sample bank?

may be some info as to what you have going on ,,as to system spec, vid card using , what version of the software ,,etc , will help in figuring out what you have going on ,,
also please regerster your software licence key on the fourm, user control panel/profile/serial# ..this will help us help you ,, give you permissions to post in other topic pages ,, gives access to download section ,for updates and driver and firm ware ,,also special MIDI mappings and free vid content ,and safly stores your key in case of loss or misplacement ,,
and it gets you a warm welcome to mixvibes fourm

now the sample banks have a preview screen to the inside by the track faders ,, the four top sample pads are for vid and the remaing are for audio ,,,,if this is the case and the vids dont show in the preview pane ,, do they still play ,, ,,can you post a link to the vid file for support to check out

this info is from me using the 3.0 version of Cross ,,apperently you have Cross DJ and the Vfx software ,, not shure if you got the vid plug in ,, more info

I insert my videos (. Mov or. Mp4) in sample banks, I select a loop to run and nothing appears in any preview screen. Only happens with the videos with audio it's all ok.

Is there some setting?

what software version are you running ,, you have Cross DJ and Vfx avaitar,, have you gotten the vid plug in to run the vids on ,, in perferences is there a video tab and is it active

My version is the Cross DJ 3.0
Video Plugin version 1.2.0

And I use the Numark N4

also the controller makes no difference ,, can you load the vids with the controller if yes then its set up right ,, ,dont use the plug in myself ,,so not familiar with it application ,, did you use this set up in earlier versions ,, ,,need more info ,,
