HI PLEASE CAN YOU HELP, I HAVE NEVER USED A DVS SYSTEM BEFORE

I have
macbook pro 2.4 g qci7 16 g ram os 10.7.5
Cross 3.0
u46xl external sound card
Pioneer djm 800
technics 1210s mk 3
ortofon concorde DJ needles

1. Sound quality is poor
2. Can't load tracks as previous track is jogging back and forward and won't stop even after i have lifted needle from vinyl, unless i switch to non time code mode and press stop
3. vinyls skipping
4. signal volume is to loud, i have the gains on my mixer at −8

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME CLEAR SCREEN SHOTS OF AUDIO AND DVS SETTINGS PAGE

well first off you are saying Cross 3.0 ,, you have Cross DJ in your avaitar ,, not Cross ,,if you have the Cross software please regerster it in your profile ,, give permission to up date the software later,, have you followed the user manual set up instructions ,, dont use DVS so not familiar with it and it set up ,, ,sorry not to have any other helpful info ,, ,,but welcome

Thank you for the un useful reply. i have no manual with Cross, i have registered the product when i downloaded it and open it.

An answer that lead me to the user manual would have been a bit more helpful…a link even...

Not likely it is going to help you. Daniels reply above mentions you using the Cross DJ version. This is not made for vinyl.

If you have a Cross license, register it in the User Control Panel and it will provide you access to Cross support and downloads.

hi i listed my serial number on my profile but it says invalid serial key

double check that is correctely entered ,,dashes/captiols and all , if still no sucess them pm uncle vibes with the info and he should be able to get it sorted

The key worked with my copy of Cross 3.0 that i bought via upgrade from the MV site for £59

Cross is working but i got loads of sound quality issues and problems loading tracks. I need settings.
