U-Mix Control Pro wont recognise new update 2-5 and 2-6

Anybody having this problem ? When I plug in U=Mix Control Pro it recognises 2.2 and 2.4 but not 2.5 or 2.6 also it wont show samplers on 2.5 or 2.6

Hey,

could you please give us some more information like which OS (Windows 7, or 8 or the new 8.1, Mac OS X Lion or Mavericks) you use and have you installed the volume control panel for the device?
Also have you changed anything else on your system. Have you installed all versions or only the newest version?

We need some more information otherwise we can't help.

I have Windows 7 as operating system and all versions from 2.2 on to 2.6 but since I posted U-Mix Control Pro is now recognising the software but still cant see sample banks like I used to on 2.2 where you had 8 pads to load the banks into and trigger them is there something I am not doing ?

If you mean you cannot see samplers on screen, go to View > C&D Details.
