un less the software is set up to allow control of the c and d decks ,and filter section ,,then the option would be to mapp thease for control with the controller ,, i dont think you are able to do this in the le version of the software ,,
can you post a screen shot of the MIDI tab in perferences ,,
also upgradeing to Cross or Cross DJ will give you the ability to re map your controller,,but that involves ability to do this ,,
