When running my Cross DJ 2.4, every time I load a song in either player A/B the active player skips or crack. Anyone know the cause and solution?

need to get a little bit more info as to your set up ,, ie computer spec what sc you are using what other hardware ,, what background services you are running in background,, what cpo /ram being used when this occures ,, just more info to help
