Cross DJ 2.4.0 problem with loop and Shift conrol

Hey so I've never used a forum before so hopefully I'm doing it properly.
I haven't been djing that long and have not been practicing for about a month due to being ill.
I've just jumped on for a practice after downloading the Cross DJ 2.4.0 and noticed when i loop and then hold shift and try to move the loop it just skips threw the song instead of moving slowly around where you are looping. Had anyone else noticed this? Is there a way to make it do what it use to do?

Can you explain in detail what you want to achieve?

What you decribe is default behaviour, you can set the length of the jump in the preferences->MIDI where you can edit the mapping after cloning it (x2 button at the end of the page)
