help please [Solved]

hi guys am using Cross DJ with my hercules DJ console 4-mx and no matter what i try i can get to here anything in my headphones could someone please help me.

the MIDI am using have a built in sound card (asio) and my laptop is a hp notebook 2000 when i was using virtual DJ all i had to do is locate my MIDI and the headphone work well everything else work on Cross when i connect my MIDI only the cue knob

I use the Hercules 4-Mx and have no problems with it.

Here is my audio set up (image is from a earlier version, but it still the same routing)

Also are you using the latest Driver package form Hercules, if not download from here and install
