hi guys am using Cross DJ with my hercules DJ console 4-mx and no matter what i try i can get to here anything in my headphones could someone please help me.

need info as to you setup ie sound card ,computer spec ,link for hercules 4 mix , sound config you are trying to use ,need more info in order to help figure it out and welcome to mixvibes

the MIDI am using have a built in sound card (asio) and my laptop is a hp notebook 2000 when i was using virtual DJ all i had to do is locate my MIDI and the headphone work well everything else work on Cross when i connect my MIDI only the cue knob

am using Cross DJ with my hercules DJ console 4-mx

I use the Hercules 4-Mx and have no problems with it.

Also are you using the latest Driver package form Hercules, if not download from here and install

thanks alot guys i got it figure out the setting for my controller was not set to asio
