Unable to Reorganize Playlists

After updating my Cross DJ to 2.3.0, I can no longer move tracks around in my playlists.
I have tried reinstalling, updating to 2.3.1, and deleting my collection.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Can't reproduce it? Any clues? Please detail exactly what you try to do.
