well you have regerstered your software licence key in your profile
the normal porceedeure would be go to the download section and under your software install the latest up dates for it
being a le version ,, i am not shure if there is a update availible for it ,,
Le stand for limited edition , a version bundled with the controller you purched,,
if you have looked in the down load section you should see whats avaible for your software,and since its regerstered there should be a button for download ,,if this is not true pm supportvibes with the info and in the am (french time)the should be a reply concerning your issues
by chance have you tried to put disk in another computer to verfiy that its not your disc readed at fault
