I recently purchased Cross 2.3 and when I received the zip/install file it was corrupt. I contacted the company that sends the link (Digital River) and they weren't very much help. They just resent me the same link. I requested a refund and apparently they won't refund me, so who has the problem? I mean all I really want is the zip file and to be ensured it isn't corrupt. Please send me what I paid for. Another thing, I don't know how large/small you guys are, but phone support might still be helpful.

Try and download the latest version of Cross (2.3.1) from your Download Centre

hope the above link resolves your issue ,, if not please post as such,, first welcome to mixvibes fourm and Cross with the world wide web,were are as big as it gets

Something doesn't seem right? I mean it doesn't make sense if I paid $100 for the full version only to be able to get it free with an update on here? This can't be the full program because the indication is that Cross is a 160 MB (plus) program.

Please confirm.

the up dates are full programs ,,not add on layered on top of each otheras in the mixvibes DVS software ,have you installed the latest version from the download center

Yeah, I did, but again, if it's the full program and it's free I don't understand what the difference is when I paid $100 by going through the shop.

the difference is purchesing the software key ,, that is the program ,,without that you cant get on the web and download any updates from the fourm ,,as long as your serial key stays on the fourm and free updates are avaible,thats the way it works,,probly eaiser to have a clean install with every version , support staff or admins might give clearer reasoning in the am french time,,but marking this one as resolved

But without the licence key (what you've paid for) you won't even be able to access to the link.
