HELP PLEASE

I purchased Cross DJ on Saturday, and despite getting in touch with customer services I still do not have a working copy.

I am able to download the Zip file from the link sent to me, but when I try to unzip it I get a message saying “Cannot open file, it does not appear to be a valid archive”.

I am using windows 7, and have tried downloading with my firewall and all security switched off and still get the same message, my winzip is fully up to date too.


Please help bring this saga to an end.

Hi Mark,

Did or have you received a serial number via email when you purchased CrossDJ

If you did try entering it in your User Control Panel > Profile

ucp.php?i=169

Once you have done this, then you should be able to download the latest version of CrossDJ 2.3.1.from your Download Centre

downloads.php?cat=54

When you have registered your serial number me or another Mod will move this thread to the appropriate sub forum ;)
