i use my license key to install Cross DJ 2.3.1 same with video plug in, the Cross DJ installed correctly but the video plug in says invalid key, why?

but the new key has the same issue, invalid key! i uninstall umixcontrol & Crossdj & video plug-in 2 times and install new with the new key you gave but still invalid,

The plugin accepts keys from Vfx, not from CrossDJ.

but i never thought of that way because my Vfx Control is different with my umixcontrol pro, i buy 2 diff. controllers & what if i sell my Vfx? does it mean i cant use my umixcontrol pro with video plug-in?

If you sell your Vfx Control without the Vfx Software, you can use the U-Mix Control Pro with your Video Plug-In.
If you sell your Vfx Control with the Vfx Software, you then sell the Vfx license key and won't be allowed to use the Video Plug-in anymore.

You must understand there are 2 things, the controllers and the pieces of software. When you sell the software, you sell the key. Then if you sell your key, you basically sell the Video plugin too.

but here in our country when you buy hardware(controller) there should be a software included, no one will buy my VFXcontrol without its bundled software,

like me i buy VFXcontrol with VFXsoftware & i buy UMIXcontrol with crossdjsoftware, the question is... can i use my UMIXcontrol pro with a license key of crossdj with the video plug-in?

can we just set aside the Vfx Control, because its diff. from UMIXcontrol, and i have no problem with my Vfx on my windows laptop, its working fine.

i want to use my UMIXcontrol on my mac with crossdj and Video plug-in, is it possible?
