table mix does not work on crossdj

Hello "Mixvibes" I do not know if I'll be in the right place,i am new in this DJ World, but a few days ago I bought a mixer "SILVERCREST SDJ 100 A1" and can not seem to work with the program DJCROSS LE, 1º thought it was a matter of update the program and so I did, but nothing, so I tried to install it in another computer and it worked, both
computers are using Windows XP, with same configuration, except that PC where the table does not, this PC has a Webcam connected to us a USB Logitech, Logitech keyboard and mouse, and a sound card "Creative Sound Blaster X-fi Titanium

Try disabling the webcam in the device manager to see if this cures the issue

Uninstalling the drivers he meant...
