Hi,

I have two U-Mix Control Pro 2 decks…one is mine and one is my brothers.

We have EXACTLY the same problem, which is that the crossfader does not respond on the screen (Cross DJ).

The retailer said it may be a firmware problem, but I can't say because I don't know. Is that possible? If so, could you send the link to me too please??
