Hi,
I used Cross v1.x before and it worked perfect, but when i try to use the new Cross v2.01 I always get that "beep" sound from my vinyl coming trough the mixer/speakers.
When i close mixvibes v2.01 and open up mv v1.7 configure the audio settings (soundcard etc) close v1.7 and reopen v2.01 then I can use it normally...
Today i de-installed every driver, program,... and installed the driver for the u46mk2 soundcard, than asio driver, then mv v2.01 (all the latest versions) i have the same "beep" problem I do not want to install the old versions again.
can someone help me?

I'm sure you just turn the volume sliders down to zero, rather than mute Cheers

We are talking bout audio, turn it to zero means full power The faders only go to -45db iirc so you could still hear it. *smart-ass-mode-off*

Heehe . U know what was meant on the u46mk2 control panel, you turn the volume sliders down to the bottom of the scale - is that better? if you mute the sliders, then NO sound comes through at all ( that means track 'audio', not raw timecode audio). Hope i have made my self 1000% clear Cheers

Muting the moitor outputs will only affect tc-playback, but not track-playback.

There was a topic about it before, and I remember Fabrice saying, use mute instead of faders down to 0.

Yeah and there was a topic before that saying that don't mute, just put the sliders down. Mine works with the sliders down. Last time i tried the mute, no sound was coming out, but that was a few versions ago. So it seems there are two solutions that work Cheers
