You mean with unchanged settings, launch 2 and others are not constant ?

no, only the first time the player2 showed OUT 02,
but but since it no longer works.

It doesn't matter, I can work with Vfx despite this.
perhaps in a new update...

information: decks numbers are saved when Vfx Control is unplugged (driver audio Wasapi).
The reset seems to come from the loading of Vfx Control audio driver.
