Hi, i've recently been having trouble with the left side of the controller,
the Cue button and the bend ( - ) and sometimes the sync button is not working unless a song is playing which is getting really annoying specially when im doing a live show...
Is there any firmware update to solve this?
Thanks!
~Jack
Edit: this seemed to occur when i updated from Cross DJ LE 1.7.1 to Cross DJ LE 2.0.1

Hey,
please check the mapping file if there is a problem. To my knowlege there is no firmware update aviable. Copy the current mapping for your controller and go to the specific function and open the configuration and check if every hit on the controller is recognised. If not it can also be a hardware faulty but this could be checked with the version 1.7.1. Please check this and report us.
Thanks Christian

I went into AppData/Roaming/Mixvibes/Cross DJ LE / controllers / MIDI and theres nothing in there, though if there wasn't any controller file in there, the rest of the decks would not work..

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hasn't been recently after updating to 2.0.1, it for some reason messed that aswell, I've tried the decks on another computer using 1.7.1 and was working fine, but when i updated again to 2.0.1.. happened again.
Also when i go into Preferences then onto Keyboard, my Decks are not showing, but yet the decks are still being able to function properly anyways? I don't know...
EDIT: It seemed to fix itself when i turned Sampler view off, I don't know why my cue button on Deck A broke when the sampler was on, though I did find out my Bend (-) is actually broke..
So, unless theres a bug for LE when sampler is on stopping Deck A to function correctly, im not sure.
Thanks for the help though.

You won't have the MIDI tab because you have an LE (limited) version.
Your bugs are confirmed on left deck : - no CUE - no pitch bend minus
EDIT : seems like an hardware issue from the new mapping, too much lights switched on at the same time. Workaround : use an ac adapter for now.

I don't have a AC adapter, but can you tell me what wattage the adapter needs? Thanks!
