Setting up MixVibes Cross

Hi all,

Am at a total dead-end and can't figure out where I have gone wrong. I have installed mixvibes and setup the U46mk2 as follows,

Input 1/2 - Left Turntable
Input 3/4 - Right Turntable, both earthed on the soundcard
(On the front of the soundcard the switch on 'phono' setting)

Output 1/2 - Into left side of mixer into Line
Output 3/4 - Into right side of mixer into Line and Line selected on both sides of the mixer

When I go to calibrate the vinyls nothing happens

If someone can help, I would greatly appreciate it

Hey,

is the soundcard recognised from your OS? which OS are you running and which driver have you installed?

Some more details about the computer would help us. The connection from the setup (turntable, Soundcard and Mixer are ok) but this is one side we need also information about the other side of the medal.

So please give us details about the Driver and if the soundcard is recognised from the OS.

Regards
Christian

Also check if U46 has no bypass mode on. If it does, it will rout your Turntables to the outputs.

in Cross check the audio settings, and make sure U46 Mk2 is selected. On this tab in the input routing select the inputs to phono in Cross.

Also on your Vinyl/CD tab in the preferences Menu, make shure everything is set well. I attached a picture. Check the marked things in you preferences, so the inputs are set well, and the control media is on MV Vinyl.
